I’m celebrating my 1^st anniversary this week. I never thought I’d get from 40+ a day to zero but it happened. I put on a little weight in the beginning but that’s under control now too.

I feel really good, a lot fitter and get to have an extra holiday on the money I have saved.

We had a really great time cruising in the eastern Caribbean and hope to do the western Caribbean next February.

Its been 8 weeks since by 2nd stop smoking session and I have never felt better. I've just returned from a month in spain and France ( where nearly every single person smokes) and not once did I feel like a cigarette. We were out in bars with friends were everyone was smoking around me and I felt no need to smoke. I can't describe the elation I feel at this. My main problem has always been smoking whilst drinking and now that I've conquered that I feel wonderful. I no longer look at anyone smoking and feel a tiny pang. I hardly even notice.
 
First of all thank you Evelyn for your kindness. It was so lovely to have initial contact with such a warm and understanding person. Thank you Sean for helping to free me from this awful habit which has affected my life for 10 years. Its a very special person who can instil hope and strength in others, help them to believe they can absolutely do it, not that they just might do it. It has taken very little will power to resist the cigarettes. I can honestly say this now "I WILL NEVER SMOKE AGAIN."

Hi Sean,

Just back from my NY trip and following on from our sessions I am
delighted to tell you that my fear of flying problems are now pretty
much non existent. The feeling of dread that used to build up in the
days and weeks prior to flying and in the Airport are now gone, In the
air I can now read, sleep and relax (even in heavy turbulence) without
so much as a raising an eyebrow. Well worth the money for anybody with

I just wanted to let you know that I went to see you 5 weeks ago to give up smoking and I am delighted to tell you that I have not smoked since.

I do sometimes battle with the chatterbox in my head.  Other than that, I don't have any cravings.  Talking to my Mam and a friend who have been with you, and 3 years later still off them and they said they can remember feeling like that sometimes.  All in all I am so happy not to be smoking.

I just wanted to drop you a line to say a big thank you for helping finally kick the dreaded weed. I have just past my three month landmark, and I feel absolutely brilliant. After years of trying, with some successful attempts but then major relapses, I was desperately looking for a solution that would help me once and for all. When you came recommended by a friend, I had no hesitation in giving hypnosis a try. The will was there but the willpower was weak. It was one of the most beneficial 1.5 hours of my life to date. The results were instant, the thought of a cigarette never crossed my mind in the days afterwards, and it has been like this ever since. Just said I’d drop you an email today on this major landmark for me. It was a year ago today that I called to you for the session to help me stop smoking.

1 year on and I haven’t smoked since, nor even had the craving to. It seems surreal to me now to imagine what it was like to be smoking. Smoking disgusts me now, however I have managed to avoid becoming one of those “non-smokers” who gives everyone still smoking a hard time. My fitness has improved greatly and have so much more energy now - and to think I thought I was fit when I smoked

 Firstly, I want to say thank you.  I know it's your job, but it's a pretty great job that can have such a positive impact on someone's life.  As you know blushing was a massive issue for me for as long as I can remember and I'm still completely amazed that hypnotherapy can 'fix' it.  At school, college and since I started my career I would have spent time every day worrying about getting embarrassed, to the extent that I'd put things off and avoid conversations with people.  After my last session with you I was still expecting it to happen.  At work I wasn't getting embarrassed but I'd get that anxious feeling I always got prior to getting embarrassed, but that's as far as it went.  It was the fear of it happening, but after a week or so I realised I wasn't going to blush and then that horrible feeling disappeared also.  Everyday things like discussions with the partners, colleagues and speaking within a group situation have become a novelty!  It's absolutely brilliant.

Sean asked me to let him know how the speech went. Well, the wedding was on Friday. Was a little nervous on the day but the speech went really well. People were commenting on how eloquent the speech was! I could not believe it. Also, during the speech, I was very relaxed. I got compliments for the rest of the day on it - to such an extent I thought people were taking the mick but they were not. It was a great sense of achievement

Hi Sean,

Well its now 14 months later and I am still not smoking!!  I am happy to say that it is painfee!!  I am happy, relaxed and in control and at most I have had about 3 twinges in the 14 months where I went will I won't I? (Mostly when I had plenty to drink and the majority of the people were all smokers......) but like I said I was able to resist.  So after 26 years of being a smoker I feel like it happened to a different person so hugh thank you for helping me achieve a healthier and happier life.

Well Sean, I did it and I'm home.

It was fantastic, due in no small part to the work I did with you.
I know I saw you the day before I flew but from then on, I was
calm and totally engaged in the build up to the flight, something,
I had not ever experienced due to the stress levels.

Of course during 22 hours of flying I experienced turbulence
however, I was well able to handle it and it caused me no problems
whatsoever.  Paul was amazed!

I am delighted with the new me and so is my entire family.  The world
is my oyster!!!

Hope you're well.  Just to let you know I was absolutely fine before,
during and after my flight to Barcelona.  Have to say I never felt more
relaxed, did feel a bit nervous during the turbulence but that's to be
